BOLO - Child Rape Suspect

On October 23, 2001, a juvenile female was abducted from a school bus stop at 5100 West Mountain Street in Stone Mountain at approximately 8am. Suspect put the victim over his shoulder and carried her to a shopping center at North Hairston Rd at Memorial Drive. He later carried her back on foot to a wooded area near the abduction location, where the assault occurred. After the assault, the juvenile escaped and the perpetrator fled north toward Memorial Drive.

Suspect is described as a black male, 5'7" to 5'9" in height, 180-200 lbs., medium cut black hair, with gold teeth. If you have any information in reference to this case, please call the Stone Mountain Police Department at (770) 879-4980.
